We often feel like it is more important to take care of others before ourselves.
However, turning our backs on our own needs will not help us thrive and expand in our life. In fact, it leads to increased stress, anxiety, depression and many other health ailments.
This workshop is an intensive dive into understanding what self-care truly is and why it is a pertinent part of survival as a human being in this fast-paced world. We will explore the importance of self-care and how without it, the demands of life wreak havoc on our system. We will begin to redefine it, create practices to prioritize it and make commitments to live it.
Join Dr. Jodi Larry, Naturopathic Doctor and yoga teacher and coach,
Sari Nisker Fox as they share their passion for self-care as a non-negotiable part of life and how the importance of practices and rituals can shift your health and well-being.
Through guided group discussions, education, and self-inquiry, you will leave with concrete actions and practices to fulfill and actualize self-care.
The Self-Care revolution starts with you.
It would be our honour to guide you.
Together we rise.
“Sari and Jodi create a beautiful safe space to feel connected with others to see that we aren’t alone in neglecting our self-care at times. And they reinforced how important these practices are for helping us to live our best life every day. They asked insightful questions to help us focus on what we are grateful for in our lives and finding our true WHY in life. My biggest takeaway was how important it is to stay consistent with daily gratitude practices and to approach everything with self-compassion first. As always, Sari and Jodi’s warmth and deep compassion for helping others emanated strongly throughout the session.” JK
“Yesterday's workshop was amazing! Thank you for creating a space for us to join forces on the path of becoming the best versions of ourselves. I so appreciated everyone's willingness to share and to be open. You are both so real...... authenticity is something I value deeply. “ A.
