With nearly 15 years of experience, sharing the teaching of yoga, my dedication and intention has established a constant source of inspiration and illumination so I can support others in their awakening within their own practices.
I am continually energized from reverence and play through my own practice, colleagues, workshops, trainings and with my own students. I am passionate about creating practices that are grounded in purpose and have a current of the ancient teachings from the sutras with a contemporary explanation that gives rise and opportunity for students to connect with their higher selves on the mat and take their own discovered wisdom into their lives.
My classes are comprised of safe alignment within artful and creative sequences that support the nervous system to enhance balance and strength, both internally and externally. My various studies in the traditional lineages of Ashtanga, alignment intelligence of Anusasra, the dance of Vinyasa as well as the energetic regulating practice of Yin continues to influence my multidimensional offerings as a teacher. I have been trained as a certified Yoga4kids Teacher by Sherri LeBlanc as well as Yogakids by Marsh Wenig. I received my prenatal yoga certification through Carrie Parker Gasetly through Yoga Works in NYC.
Today, my teaching has become more comprehensive as I focus on mindfulness within the physicality of the practice. I have cultivated my own regular meditation practice in recent years, which has been pivotal in my own development as an educator and in my own daily life. Studying mindfulness practices has allowed me to enrich my awareness of the human experience and personified the capacity to heal my own wounds through these modalities.

MONDAYS 10-11 AM VINYASA LEVEL 1-2
One on One or self-organized group sessions offer a customized and in-depth opportunity to experience yoga based on individual intentions and goals. We can work together at cultivating a foundation, learning how to meditate, determining which style of yoga works for you, deepening your practice through advanced postures, and working with injuries and/or limitations.
