The Mind Body Hour intends to focus on the whole picture of you on the yoga mat; stillness, movement, breath, thoughts & emotions. Every class is a compilation of strength, mobility, and stability for the body as well as an exploration of steadiness thought work and calm for our minds & spirits.

Delight in a creative, balanced vinyasa flow with an inspiring meditation, contemplation and playlist.  

Our in-person capacity is 10 pp.

Location: hOMe Studio [ a private residential studio in Bathurst St./St.Clair Ave. W area]
