We all have a vision for our lives. People tell you to dream big, but no one tells you that there will be many lessons to learn, things to figure out, and healing to do to make that vision a reality.
Living the life we want often requires us to be honest with where we are and figure out how to close the gap while also living in the present.
In my many years of yoga, coaching, therapy, and trauma healing, I believe in the science of our brain and how we think about the world through the lenses we have seen life through. To change parts of our lives and live differently, we will need to upgrade our mental, energetic, and emotional state—a Rewiring of our internal programming. I can help you.
